THE DYNAMICS OF HUMAN RIGHTS DEVELOPMENT
IN THE LATEST RUSSIAN CONSTITUTIONAL LEGISLATION

The article presents the author's point of view on the classification of stages of the constitutional reform. Based on historical criteria, the author has identified three stages of human rights development in the latest constitutional legislation of Russia. The article analyzes the causes of the constitutional reform in Russia and some drafts of the Constitution for securing individual rights. The researcher determines the significance of the Declaration of human rights and freedoms of individuals in securing individual rights in Russia. The article gives the authors' point of view on the current stage of human rights in Russian legislation.
